My professional experience started at Funcação CEBI.

At CEBI, I was part of the team that created the internal tools used by all collaborators and my main focus was the helpdesk system.

ServiceDesk as it was called, was built using .Net MVC framework using SQL Server as database engine. The existing ActiveDirectory structure was also used for authentication and permissions. A user could only answer requests from the departments where he belonged. The platform also had an integration with the purchase system to allow the place of orders for required material, like toners.

Apart from ServiceDesk, I also worked on RID, a service that was integrated with the accounting system to allow the creation of purchase requests by non accountant users.

I left Fundação CEBI on July 28 of 2016 to join ThinkOpen Solutions
